The Import Export Code (IEC) is a 10-digit code issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
It is mandatory for any business or individual engaged in import or export of goods and services in India
IEC is a one-time registration, valid for the lifetime of the entity, and does not require renewal.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for online application.
Application Form: Filed online through DGFT portal.
